Mr. Andrew Munoz is the Aviation Director for the Weslaco Mid Valley Airport. He has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from St. Mary’s University. Mr. Munoz has 14 years of experience in local government with 10 years specifically dedicated to transportation and economic development. He previously worked in the private sector as an Assistant General Manager for the public transit system in Brownsville, Texas, and with the City of San Juan, Texas.
