Arnoldo Becho is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has more than 10 years of experience as a Librarian. He currently serves on the Library Services Act advisory board and assists the Texas State Library in determining accreditation review of public libraries. Arnoldo is also a leader within the Hidalgo County Library System.
