The Weslaco Office of Emergency Management presented at the 2023 South Texas All Hazards Conference.

This presenation, titled Resource Management During Disasters, was made available to all first responders. Resource Management during disasters is one of the most important priorities Emergency Managers are faced with when responding and trying to mitigate incidents. The goal of this presentation is to bring awareness to the resource management needs during disasters such as floods, hurricanes, medical emergencies and debris management and what is needed to manage a 1 operational period (12 hours) to multiple operational period (multiple day) response.
