Electric Transmission Texas surprised the Weslaco Fire Department on September 29 2022 with a generous donation.

“If there’s a fire at one of our substations, fire departments quickly respond and assist,” ETT leadership said.

The joint electrical transmission venture is a partnership between AEP Texas and Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company.

The City of Weslaco thanks and appreciates ETT as they recognize the vital role fire departments play in communities across Texas.
